Eco-friendly stay with cozy vibes

Our stay here was delightful! The environmentally conscious touches really stood out, like their sustainable initiatives. Plus, the online check-in made arrival a breeze, and the free drink coupons for skipping room service cleaning were a nice perk.

The location is a bit remote, requiring a 30-minute tram ride to reach the city center. The breakfast felt a bit pricey, and I would love to see more vegan options available.

The room temperature control system was confusing!!! Cleanliness issues with the towels really need addressing!!! I also had accessibility challenges from the parking area to the lobby, requiring a hike around the hotel.

The access to the lobby from the parking area could use clearer instructions. I had to walk around the hotel to reach it.

Had a great stay! The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Only thing I'd mention is the room felt a bit small for two. a solid choice for my Cologne trip!

We had a good time exploring the cozy vibe of the hotel. The kids loved our room, and bringing our dogs along was a breeze. The breakfast was impressive, giving us energy to climb the 565 steps of the high-rise in Deutz for a spectacular view.

My kids wished there were more play areas for them to enjoy.

my stay at holiday inn, the niu, mill cologne muelheim was lovely. the staff were super kind and attentive, and the whole place was spotless! it's in a great spot for cafes and restaurants, and just a short distance from the e-werk concert hall. i even found some amazing turkish food nearby.

Convenient parking and the bar in the lobby added to the convenience. clearer signage from the parking to the lobby would be beneficial, as it was a bit confusing to navigate. the wifi connection was patchy, sometimes interrupting work tasks, and the elevators were slow during peak hours.

The beds were incredibly comfy, and the breakfast was a delightful spread of options! The hotel is located just a short walk to bus stops and U-Bahn stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the charming rustic decor added to the overall warm atmosphere.

During my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a short 500-meter walk to the beautiful Rheinpark, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and extremely convenient for exploring the iconic Cologne Cathedral, which is only about 4 km away. the clean and modern ambiance made my weekend city expeditions even more enjoyable.
